SUBJECT: “ULCISIO” Network – Identification and Initial Structure

Mr. Prime Minister,

Intelligence consolidated over recent weeks confirms the emergence of a composite clandestine cell operating within occupied territory and certain neutral zones across Western Europe.

This organization, designated as the “Ulcisio Network,” is believed to have been founded in July 1940 by two individuals identified as:

Jean Lasserre (1908 – ?)
Elizabeth Frye (1912 – ?)
1. PROFILE OF THE PRIMARY FOUNDER

Jean Lasserre is identified as an indirect descendant of the historical bloodlines associated with Arno Dorian and Élise de La Serre.

Available genealogical analyses (partially fragmented) suggest a familial continuity combining traditions derived from the ancient factions known as the “Assassins” and the “Templars,” whose historical existence remains unconfirmed but recurrent throughout several encrypted archives seized in Paris and Brussels.

The individual displays an atypical profile: classical academic education, contacts within French diplomatic circles, and a discreet logistical network operating in the Franco-Belgian border regions.

2. STRUCTURE AND OBJECTIVE OF THE ULCISIO NETWORK

The Ulcisio Network appears to constitute a hybrid cell composed of:

former Allied clandestine operatives
ideological dissidents from the Order of the Temple
isolated elements originating from European occult networks
independent agents linked to the emerging resistance in occupied France

The stated objective, referenced in several intercepted communications, is the neutralization of a faction identified as:

“the Nazi branch of the Order of the Temple.”

3. HYPOTHESES REGARDING OCCULT INFILTRATION

Several seized documents refer — with varying degrees of reliability — to the existence of a parallel structure originating from the so-called Thule Society.

This organization, officially dissolved in 1925, is alleged by certain unverified sources to have continued clandestine activities under various names, the most frequently cited being the “Vril-Gesellschaft.”

It should be emphasized that these elements originate from fragmented and sometimes contradictory documents, some of which fall within the realm of unconfirmed esoteric theories.

4. OPERATIONAL ASSESSMENT

The Ulcisio Network does not currently appear to represent a direct threat to Allied forces. However, its hybrid nature — combining ancient ideology, secret structures, and anti-Nazi objectives — makes it an unpredictable actor.

The presumed cooperation between Lasserre and Frye suggests an attempt to reactivate old transnational networks operating outside conventional military structures.

5. CONCLUSION

No definitive evidence currently exists to confirm:

the historical reality of the “Assassin / Templar” bloodlines
the exact structure of the Ulcisio Network
the degree of influence exerted by the occult societies referenced above

However, the convergence of several independent sources justifies the continuation of investigations.

End of report

Analysis of European Underground Networks

To my knowledge, there is currently no official Assassin's Creed project set during World War II. However, since I’m replaying Assassin's Creed Unity at the moment — and the game briefly explores that period — I thought it would be interesting to delve deeper into the concept, especially since I’m currently testing a new AI system.

(Just a simple low-quality draft, nothing more.)

* The “Vril Society” is considered legendary in real-world history, and there is no historical evidence proving that such an organization ever truly existed.
